It’s honestly not that hard once you get used to it.
1. install an irc program. (mirc, sysreset, etc.)
2. run the program and fill in info(username, email, etc.)and then connect to “irchighway” under server.
3. once you’ve connected type “/msg nickserv register (your password) (your email)”
4. check you email and copy the message provided.
5. close and reopen program. connect to irchighway and join #plumcity
6. look @ the site menu and look for the manga you want. and type the trigger or command and enjoy.
… or you can google irc tutorial or something. feel free to correct me if my instructions are off. =)
